The results showed that the intensity of uterine contraction was reinforced by mifepristone and misoprostol used in combination ; and the random uterine contraction was effectively inhibited and the effective uterine contraction was strengthened by acupuncture 为探讨针刺、药物抗早孕的作用机制，我们采用早孕大鼠模型，建立间接反映子宫内压的记录方法，安放电极记录子宫收缩频率、强度作为判断宫缩变化的指标，科学、简便、灵敏、客观地记录宫内压变化及子宫收缩情况。
